Squirrels & Rabbits...

Since being introduced to Britain, the Grey Squirrel has largely displaced the native Red Squirrel and although enjoyable to look at in forests, they have become somewhat of a nuisance in urban and domestic areas. Likewise the European Rabbit was originally native to south west Europe (Spain and Portugal) but has been widely introduced elsewhere including the UK. The Rabbit can be responsible for extensive damage to properties, crops and plant life.
